Free sports physicals for 2023/2024 are being offered on Monday, 5/22/23, at 6pm in the Central Business Office. The MHSAA sports physical form can be found in the front school office or you may download the required forms from the district website under Athletics/Athletic Forms. If your student is planning or is thinking about participating in a junior high or high school level sport during the 2023/2024 school year, a sports physical must be on file prior to participation.
