Dear Pentwater Family and Friends,
This afternoon we were made aware of a suspicious vehicle and interaction with one of the Mason County Central Elementary Students while walking home from school yesterday, March 4th.
They are working with local law enforcement to investigate this matter and are asking that for our help to keep a watchful eye out for our community's children.
It truly takes a village to raise our children and it is all of our responsibility to help keep them safe. If you should see any suspicious activity, do not hesitate to report it to law enforcement and/or the school. We will work together to check into it.
Thank you for your help.

Good Afternoon Everyone,
I just wanted to share new information regarding the current COVID vaccine eligibility, which has recently been expanded to cover parents/caregivers of special needs children.

On Friday, Mrs. Fatura‘s advanced chemistry class participated in a Valentine’s Day activity with Mrs. Macher’s 3rd grade students. After performing a demonstration and having the elementary students experience a Valentine‘s novelty, the high school students led them through an inquiry activity. Their task was to observe experiments in order to figure out what caused the balloon to pop out of the packet. Great fun was had by all! ❤️

Athletic Attendance during Pandemic
If you are a student in a full face-to-face learning format you must be in attendance for all periods of the school day in order to be eligible for practice, performance, or competition on that date. If you do not physically attend school, but log in remotely, this does not allow one to be eligible to practice, you must still be present in the building.
If you are a student in the Full-Remote Learning format, you must log in for all periods of the school day in order to be eligible for practice, performance, or competition on that date.
Exceptions can be made for pre-arranged absences, school-related absences, doctor’s excused absences, or extenuating circumstances which are acceptable to a building administrator. Any student that participates in a practice on the same day of an absence will not be allowed to participate in the next contest. At the end of each day, the school secretary will provide the athletic director with a list of absences. Any student that participates in a contest on the same day of an absence will meet with the coach, athletic director, and parent before returning to the team. Extenuating circumstances will be handled by the coach/advisor, the athletic director, and the building principal.
