Maggie Jorissen, a dedicated member of the Pentwater Green Schools Club, collaborated with Mrs. Fatura to launch an exciting “Aloe Plant Adoption” project. We are thrilled to report that we successfully adopted out 16 aloe plants! Each plant came with a sign for its name and an official adoption certificate. Among the names chosen by our adopters were Allen, Bob, Prickle Pants, Chewbacca, Nunu, Spike, Munchkin, and Bartholomew. The creativity of our art students truly shone through as they named their plant “Michelang-aloe.” This project not only brought joy to the participants but also spread a wave of green cheer throughout the school community. We are hoping to adopt out more once we replenish the nursery!
