HOLIDAY BREAK FITNESS ROOM HOURS: The fitness room will be available on the following dates: Monday, 12/23 - 6am-12pm; Thursday, 12/26 - 6am-12pm; Friday, 12/27 - 6am-12pm; Monday, 12/30 - 6am-12pm; Thursday, 1/2 - 6am-12pm; and Friday, 1/3 - 6am-12pm. The fitness room will be closed on 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, and 1/1. Thank you!


NHS Blood Drive: Friday, 12/20,19, 11am-3pm in the school library! Students, parents, staff and community, if you are 17 years or older, please consider making an appointment to give blood! All donors MUST make an appointment at www.redcrossblood.org with the Sponsor Code: Falcons

Falcon News Brief 12/6/19



The falcons boys basketball team opened the season with Hart tonight. In a valid second half half effort the team really started to build some confidence and chemistry. The falcons put up 53 points but were unable to slow the pirates in transition and on the boards. Keep up the effort falcons and continue the grow everyday! Tyler Plummer eisenlohl led the falcons with 22 points and khole and Blake chipped in 11 and 10 respectively! The falcons take action on Thursday in Baldwin!
The falcons are now 0-1 overall and 0-0 in conference.

Congratulations to our 8th Grade Boys Basketball team for winning the Conference Tournament on Saturday. Our 7th Grade team lost in the Semi's, but were undefeated in the regular season. Great Job this season boys and Great Job coach Chad Roberts!

Pentwater Public Schools thanks Blarney Castle Oil Co. for the $500 ExxonMobil Educational Alliance Program grant to be used in our math and science programs! We also thank the Wishing Well EZ Mart for their support of our students and staff and coordinating this grant! We live in an awesome and supportive community!

Pentwater Schools Athletic Booster Pie Fundraiser (Cherry and Apple): it is time for our 1st annual Pie Fundraiser. Pies will be unbaked and may be picked up (unless arranged with the seller) at the Pentwater High School parking lot (Saturday, December 14, 2019, from 2pm-4pm). All pies must be prepaid. They will arrive in time for you to freeze for your Christmas Feast! Please consider supporting our student/athletes! All orders must be received by December 10, 2019. The Pentwater Vision Team is hosting a final public Town Hall meeting on Monday, December 16, 2019, from 5:30pm - 6:30pm at the First Baptist Church of Pentwater, 101 S. Rush St, Pentwater, MI 49449.
Julie Hales Smith, who facilitated our first focus groups and town hall meetings, will review the results of all three surveys given this year: the summer's Pentwater Community Assessment, the Visitor's Poll and the most recent Community Survey.
The results of all three surveys of public input will be used to form a Vision Statement to guide the 2020-2021 Master Plan success.
The Town Hall meeting is being held early so those planning to attend the Pentwater Public Schools' Regular Board Meeting at 7pm may do so.


REMINDER: Students are dismissed at 11:30am on Wednesday, 11/27/19, and there is no school on Thursday or Friday, 11/28-11/29. Have a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving from our family to yours!
