Went over and above to make babysitter's night a "SOAR-ing" success!

Adelaide is one of the kindest and creative students you will ever meet. She cares for others and is always willing to listen.

Ashton has transitioned nicely as a Pentwater Falcon. I can count on Ashton to do the right thing, give his best effort, and bring a positive, respectful attitude. Ashton fills buckets and spreads kindness throughout his day. Keep Soaring Ashton!

Rorrick is a respectful and dedicated student who leads by example. His kindness and strong work ethic shine through in everything he does, inspiring those around him to do their best. Whether he’s collaborating with classmates or taking initiative on a project, Rorrick consistently demonstrates responsibility, positivity, and leadership.

Our athletes, coaches, parents and boosters will be busy assembling cherry and apple pies on Saturday, 12/13/25! If you ordered a pie, you may pick up on Saturday, 12/13, from 11am-2pm! Please come to the small gymnasium on the north side of the building to pick yours up!

🌟 Exciting New Opportunities for Students! 🌟
Oceana County 4H is launching two short-term interest clubs designed to give students hands-on experiences, build confidence, and create positive connections! 🙌

🔥 1. Community Service & Public Safety Club (Ages 14–19)
Teens will explore what it’s like to volunteer as a firefighter or EMT, all while earning First Aid and CPR certifications! 💪🚑
Perfect for students who want to give back or are curious about careers in health or emergency services.
💥 Cost: FREE!

🐴 2. Horse Program at Paradise Ranch
Horses provide an incredible space for confidence building, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Participants will learn riding skills and horse care in a supportive, encouraging environment. 🌈
💲 Cost: $25 — but scholarships are available so everyone can participate!

We’re excited to offer programs that inspire leadership, support wellness, and strengthen our community. 💜

The first opportunity is for ages 14 to 19 and focuses on community service and public safety. Students will earn First Aid and CPR certifications while exploring what it’s like to volunteer as a firefighter or EMT. This is a great fit for teens who want to give back or who are curious about health and emergency service careers. This club is free for participants.

The second opportunity is a horse program at Paradise Ranch. Horses offer a unique space for confidence building, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Participants will learn riding skills and horse care while engaging in a supportive environment. The fee is twenty five dollars, but scholarships are available for anyone who needs assistance.

Our home varsity girls' basketball game versus Baldwin as well as our varsity boys' basketball game at Walkerville scheduled for this evening, Wednesday, 12/10/25, are both canceled due to the weather!

***Attention Parents, Athletes, and Pentwater Families*** Our Athletic Booster Pie Sale needs your help. The date to turn in order forms is tomorrow, December 3rd, and orders aren't coming in as they normally do. We are looking at being forced to cancel the sale, which is not where we want to be. We have communicated to all athletes in 7th through 12th grade to sell 3-5 pies, that's it. WE NEED YOUR HELP. Parents, please talk to your student athletes. Without the booster club support and these fundraisers being successful, things like uniforms will not be possible.

The booster club just spent nearly $5k on boys basketball uniforms and almost another $5k on girls basketball uniforms.

This is why we need you. We need to ensure the success of these fundraisers. We are also looking for help in the concession stand, and we are always looking for new members to join. We are all here to support the student athletes, but it takes more than a few people for these endeavors to be successful.

Aiden has been working hard in English class. His written work is thoughtful and demonstrates maturity in thought.

Ben R. has not shied away from challenges this year as he is taking on Precalculus, a math course two grades above. He constantly seeks answers, is determined to learn and pushes himself to reach his potential.

Emily is a focused and hardworking student who always stays on task. She approaches every assignment with care and determination, setting a great example for her classmates. Emily is also kind and helpful in the classroom, always ready to lend a hand or offer support when needed.

Charlotte demonstrates the expectations of a Pentwater Falcon. I can count on Charlotte to do the right thing, give her best effort, and bring a positive, respectful attitude. You can find Charlotte filling buckets and enjoying a good book whenever she can. Keep Soaring Charlotte!
